Easy White Chocolate Valentine's Day Fudge
You can’t go wrong with a simple fudge. This two-tone valentine’s version, only requires four ingredients – so it couldn’t be simpler! ♥️
Ingredients
1 tin of condensed milk
500g white chocolate
Pink food colouring
The topping of your choice: heart sprinkles, normal sprinkles, pink smarties - whatever you fancy! 😊
Method
Line a square baking tin with greaseproof baking paper.
Mix half the tin of condensed milk, with half of the white chocolate, over a medium heat.
Add in your food colouring, until it is your desired colour of pink.
Once melted, pour in to your lined tin and cool in the fridge for 30 mins.
Mix together the remaining condensed milk and white chocolate, until melted, over a medium heat.
Remove your baking tin from the fridge, and pour the melted mixture on top of your cooled pink layer.
Spread till it is even, and then add your chosen topping.
Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours, or until it is set.
Cut in to small squares, and enjoy!
