Confused about apprenticeships? Not sure how to sort the myth from fact? Here are some of the most common misconceptions we hear, so for Scottish Apprenticeship Week, we debunk some of the myths.

90% of employers in Scotland report that apprenticeships significantly improve job performance within their company. At UHI Perth, we work closely with a range of different employers throughout Perth and Kinross to help develop the workforce.

We caught up with one of them to learn more about how our partnership works.

UHI Perth is the largest English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) provider in Perth and Kinross and we work alongside other providers in the region to create learning pathways for ESOL learners to enhance their prospects for work and further study.
