To stay in restaurant work at the minute and potentially work on ferries or cruises to travel in the future.
And finally, what advice would you give to someone thinking about studying at UHI Perth?
Go for it if you are feeling confident. And, if you are feeling not so confident, my confidence has progressed positively in the space of one year here and it’s not stopping - so go to make skills and memories for life.
